do we need to pre-order options from the menu?

Pie and Mash Menu
For our Pie and Mash Menu, we require pre-orders of pie selections at least 7 days before the event.

All Other Hot Food Menus
We generally do not accept pre-orders to ensure smooth operations and provide the best experience for all guests. Taking pre-orders disrupts the flow of service without adding value, so we focus on bringing a wide variety of food choices that accommodate everyone’s tastes.

However, we do make exceptions for special dietary needs, such as gluten-free or vegan options. If any of your guests have specific dietary requirements, please inform us up to 7 days before the event, and we’ll be happy to accommodate them.

Unlimited Servings Option
For an additional £2.00 per person, we can provide an unlimited servings option, ensuring all guests can enjoy their first choice from the menu, with the option to eat again within the two-hour service window.

Please note: this option is not available with our carvery menus or alongside the self-serve buffet add-on.
