Do guests have to pre select their order?

With our Pie and Mash Menu do we need pre-orders of the pies 7 days before 

for all other menus 

We have a policy of not accepting general pre-orders this is to ensure that our operations run smoothly each and every time. Pre Orders disrupt the flow of our operations and do not enhance our service.

 This approach helps ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for everyone.

However, we do make exceptions for special dietary requirements such as gluten-free and vegan options. 

If any of your guests have specific dietary needs, please let us know up to 7 days before the event, and we will be happy to accommodate them.

Rest assured, we always bring a wide variety of food to meet the preferences of all your guests, ensuring everyone can enjoy their first choice.


Alternatively, we can offer our unlimited servings option for just £2.00 per person extra which means we will bring enough to ensure all your guests can have their 1st choice from the menu on the day and eat again if they would like within the 2 hours of service.
