What happens on the day?

On the day of your booking, we will arrive before the serving time, this is usually 1-2 hours before to setup.

Once we arrive our team will call the on-the-day contact number you provide to ask for the details of where we should park the catering unit. At this time we will then require access to a power socket if it is available.

We then stay open serving your guests throughout the service time up until all the servings have been used or the serving time has finished (whichever is soonest)

If you would like our staff to call last orders 15 minutes before we close just ask the team on the day when we arrive and we will be happy to announce last orders.

After we close we typically take around 60 minutes to pack away, dispose of any waste generated in the venue skips and leave.

On the following Tuesday after your booking you will then be emailed an after-event survey where we ask you to provide us with feedback regarding the event, this will help us improve our service and help motivate our team.
